About The Role Join Erdigma’s flagship 12-month rotational Management Trainee Program, designed to shape high-potential individuals into future leaders. As part of the Human Resource Development track, you will experience firsthand how HR functions in a fast-paced FMCG and digital marketing environment — from talent acquisition to people development, employee engagement, and strategic workforce planning. Key Responsibilities Participate in the design and execution of talent acquisition strategies. Assist with onboarding, employee development, and training programs. Analyze and improve internal HR processes aligned with business goals. Support culture-building, employee engagement, and well-being initiatives. Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments during rotation cycles. Manage and execute internal communication and employer branding projects.

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree (S1) in relevant fields. Active involvement in student organizations or community projects. Strong interest in people development and organizational behavior. Good interpersonal and communication skills. Agile learner with a strong growth mindset. Passionate about shaping company culture.

Requirements Fresh graduates or those with

Willing to be based in Purbalingga. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Adaptable to fast-paced environments. Commitment to complete the full 12-month program.
