Job Summary
As a Senior Lead, HR Business Partner within Traveloka’s Human Resources team’s HRBP department, you will play a pivotal role in aligning the Corporate Functions’ People function’s goals with business unit objectives. Your expertise will support the team’s mission to nurture top talent and build an inclusive culture by delivering strategic HR consulting and operational solutions to business leaders.
Job Responsibilities
Provide strategic HR consulting and coaching to business leaders on critical people, culture, and regulatory matters
Partner closely with business leaders to develop and execute workforce planning, organizational design, succession planning, and talent development strategies
Support end-to-end business transformation and change initiatives, including restructuring efforts and team effectiveness programs
Advocate for and lead the smooth rollout of HR programs, minimizing disruption to daily business operations
Collaborate cross-functionally with Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, and other People Team members to deliver integrated, tailored talent solutions
Conduct weekly sync meetings with assigned business units to align on HR priorities and address emerging needs
Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues through thorough, objective investigations and actionable guidance
Provide day-to-day performance management support to line managers, including coaching, counseling, career development, and disciplinary action guidance
Develop clear contract terms for new hires, promotions, and internal transfers to ensure compliance and alignment with organizational policies
Identify training needs for business units and individual executive coaching requirements, then evaluate program success to ensure training objectives are met
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, with a proven track record in managing complex employee relations issues
In-depth knowledge of local labor laws, employment regulations, and HR policies within Indonesia
Strong ability to quickly map and navigate an organization’s hierarchy, roles, qualifications, compensation structures, and administrative processes
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a talent for building and sustaining effective interpersonal relationships across all organizational levels
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple competing priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrated critical thinking and strong problem-solving skills to address complex HR and business challenges
Proficiency in HR function-specific terminology and industry best practices aligned with the
