Legal Document License Manager

Job Responsibilities

Lead the team on legal matters, including but not limited to managing legal resolution, handling documents and licenses, planning, organizing and managing the work activities assigned to the legal staff.

Develop and assist in the development of budget recommendations for the organization.

Monitor, review, submit and administer all licenses: Operational Business Licenses, Project Licenses and BKPM Licenses.

Handle legal audit for all licenses in each Business Unit.

Prepare and review documents for land acquisitions, transactions and certifications.

Manage and liaise with the notary public in preparing all legal documents for land acquisition, transactions and certifications.

Manage the timeline and compliance with Indonesian law for land acquisition, transactions and certifications.

Monitor compliance with Indonesian law on licensing and update the regulation regularly.

Monitor compliance with Indonesian law on contracts, intellectual property rights and dispute settlement procedures and update the regulation regularly.

Monitor the process of intellectual property rights registration.

Handle any legal issues, disputes and litigation.

Administer and file legal documents.

Job Requirements

Minimum Bachelor degree in Law.

10-12 years of experience, with a minimum of 5 years as a Legal Manager.

Preferably having experience in Document Licensing.

English fluency; ability to multitask; commercial awareness; people skills.

Core management skills.

Sound understanding and practical application of law.

Good drafting skills, project management skills, extensive knowledge in licensing and land acquisition.
