Sales Staff - Trading (B-127936)

Our client is a Japanese Trading servicecompany. Currently, they are looking for Sales Staff.

Sales Staff – Raw Material (Food/Chemical Additive) – Trading Location: West Jakarta, Jakarta, ID

Job Responsibilities Conduct sales activities targeting mainly Japanese companies (approximately%) as well as local clients.

Identify customer needs through consultation and propose suitable chemical products, materials, and equipment solutions.

Maintain and develop long‑term relationships with existing clients while actively exploring new business opportunities.

Prepare quotations, follow up on negotiations, and manage order processes.

Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock management with internal teams.

Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.

Communicate and coordinate with suppliers from Indonesia, Japan, Europe, and other Asian countries regarding procurement and delivery.

Support sales administration tasks, including reporting and documentation.

Perform other related duties assigned by management.

Job Requirements Experience in sales or client‑facing roles for 2 years.

Good interpersonal and negotiation skills.

Business‑level English proficiency (spoken and written) – required for daily communication with overseas suppliers and foreigner management.

Good command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Strong communication and coordination skills.

Able to work in an international business environment.

Residing within commuting distance to Jakarta area (approximately within 1 hour commute).

Willing to work overtime when required.
