is looking for a
Data Analyst
to help drive smarter business decisions across Marketing, Product Development, and Sales.
Responsibilities / Tanggung Jawab Utama
Collect, clean, and analyze data from various sources: e-commerce platforms, digital campaigns, retail sales, CRM, and more
Build and maintain dashboards & performance reports to monitor KPIs and measure program effectiveness
Provide relevant and actionable insights to support business strategies and product innovation
Perform customer segmentation, cohort analysis, and track user behavior across channels
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Product, Finance, Management) to align data with business goals
Support A/B testing, pricing strategies, and performance attribution analysis for campaigns
Qualifications / Kualifikasi
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
1–3 years of experience as a Data Analyst (experience in the beauty industry is a strong plus)
Strong analytical skills, problem-solving ability, and strategic thinking
Proficient in SQL and Microsoft Excel; experienced in data visualization tools such as Google Data Studio, Power BI, or Tableau
Experience using Python or R for advanced analytics is a plus
Familiar with digital analytics tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and Shopee/Tokopedia dashboards
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills — able to deliver insights clearly across different levels of the organization
High initiative and curiosity in data exploration and insight development
