Requirements Education minimum S1 or equivalent from any field (from reputable universities)

Having driver license, SIM A and/or SIM C

Having experience as Personal Assistant of Director / CEO / BOD for at least 2 years

Willing to be placed in or at Krian, Sidoarjo

Job Description

Take meeting minutes, organize schedules and make presentations

Able to operate Microsoft Office

Have experience as Project Leader

Assisting in the implementation of several projects at the same time

Have a strong leadership

Have an experience leading a team and work well as a team

Hard working and able to work under pressure

Have a strong sense of self development

Humble and good attitude

Have experience dealing with foreigners

Fluency in English is a must and understanding Mandarin is preferred

It stands in +/- 4,7 ha and uses 6 units of new technology machines from Taiwan. It’s been operating for more than 20 years and still growing.
