Job Description
Create monthly recap of expiring clients
Liaise to partner on expiring clients and potential expansion
Maintain client renewal rate
Promote expansion to partners’ client
Handle troubleshooting of renewal payment issues between partners and Mekari stakeholders
Requirements
Having an agile understanding of SaaS Industry
Has prior knowledge of Accounting/HR/Sales
Has excellent oral and written communication skills
Has the ability to build relationships & collaborate with others
Able to learn fast and is eager to learn
Proficiency in processing data using MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
