Responsibilities

Reporting for Status Report, Weekly Report, Appraiser Report, Production Plan on weekly and biweekly

PPATK Report

Monthly end closing AR

Monitoring Customer Payment: Payment Reminder, Outgoing Letter (Cancel Letter & Penalty of Charge Letter), CLST (Check List Serah Terima), Official Receipt, Follow Up, Collection of Credit Fund from Bank

Maintain Record in IFCA for Receipting, Projected Billing & AR Aging, House Loan Report, Closing of AR

Revenue Distribution Report and processing

Support annual audit process (external & internal auditors)

Documents filing

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Finance/Account Receivable

2+ years' of experience of professional Finance/Accounting/Account Receivable experience

Proven work experience as an Account Receivable or similar role

Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software (familiar to IFCA will be advantageous)

Have experience in Property Business is a plus

Excellent math skills with an attention to detail

Time-management abilities

Confidentiality and able to work independently
