General Affair Asset Manager

Responsibilities

Monitor CAPEX and OPEX budget usage to ensure alignment with the approved business plan.

Ensure the accuracy of asset-related data, including physical assets and administrative records.

Review asset needs and conditions based on directives, policies, procedures, and compliance standards.

Support the implementation of efficient and compliant processes for all asset-related activities.

Provide insights and reports to ensure effective asset planning, utilization, and lifecycle management.

Requirements

Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Management, Accounting, or Administration.

Minimum 10 years of relevant experience.

Strong skills in budget analysis and asset management.

Detail-oriented and highly meticulous.

Willing to be placed in Gading Serpong, Tangerang.
