Location: Promenades St. Bruno
Type: Full Time, 5 Days Per Week
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Assistant Manager to join our team. You will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of our store and providing an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. You'll liaise with the store manager to drive sales, manage staff and maintain visual merchandising standards.
Main Responsibilities
Customer Service:
Provide quality customer service by helping customers select products, answering questions and resolving issues to ensure a memorable shopping experience.
Sales Generation
Collaborate with Store Manager to meet and exceed sales targets, actively promoting products and identifying additional sales opportunities.
Inventory Management
Participate in inventory management, including replenishment, visual merchandising and accuracy of merchandise levels.
Team Coaching
Supervise and motivate the sales team, providing guidance and support, and contributing to training and development.
Store Operations
Ensure that the store is organized, clean and complies with safety standards.
Open and close the store as necessary, ensuring that all procedures are followed.
Loss Prevention
Participate in the implementation of loss prevention strategies and policies to minimize theft and loss.
Qualifications
Previous experience in retail management or management assistant roles, preferably in fashion or apparel.
Strong management and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Excellent customer service skills, with a genuine passion for helping customers look and feel their best.
Proven ability to drive sales and meet targets
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and point-of-sale systems.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
