What You Will Experience: Responsible on managing daily sales operation all channel GT/MT as coverage area Responsible to achieve and increasing sales target Monitors and motivates sales team member Promotion program implementation as well as managing budget, stock and distribution

Job Requirements: Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree from reputable university At least 5 years experiences in Sales FMCG, Manager Level High achiever and target oriented person Excellent in communication, negotiation, and presentation skill Passionate on handling and motivating subordinates Experiences manage sales in Sumatera especially for Riau and surroundings Preferable owning a vehicle and willing to mobile, as coverage area
