About The Role We’re looking for an

Insurance Product Manager

to lead the development and growth of innovative digital insurance and protection products. This role is key to creating added value for our customers and driving fee-based income for the business. If you’re passionate about building products that make a real impact, we’d love to hear from you!

What You’ll Do

Create & Launch new insurance and protection products (standalone or bundled) for our financing ecosystem.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Risk, Finance, Marketing, IT, etc) to design and implement end-to-end processes.

Analyze & Improve product performance, customer experience, and market competitiveness.

Drive Customer Experience by ensuring simple, transparent, and valuable insurance offerings.

Leverage Partnerships to maximize marketing impact and product reach.

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in any major.

5+ years of experience in Insurance or Bancassurance Product Management/Development.

Strong background in planning, pricing, and forecasting insurance/bancassurance/protection products and campaigns.

Skilled in campaign ROI analysis and performance evaluation.

Ability to analyze, report, and recommend improvements based on root cause analysis.

AAJI / AAUI license is a plus.
