HSEQ Coordinator

About the Role
As our
HSEQ Coordinator , you’ll be the backbone of our compliance and safety data systems. You’ll ensure records are accurate, up to date, supporting audits, training, and continuous improvement initiatives. This position is perfect for someone who has a strong eye for detail and process, is confident working with data, and wants to make a meaningful impact on workplace safety and performance.
Key Responsibilities
Training & Induction Coordination
– Maintain training records, monitor expiry dates and identify gaps.
IVMS Monitoring & Reporting
– Track and investigate IVMS events, compile reports, and collaborate with supervisors and HR on follow-ups.
Incident & Non-Conformance Tracking
– Manage records for incidents, Non-Conformances, and Aware Cards. Ensure corrective actions are documented, evidence is collected, and close-outs are completed.
Liaising with external providers
– Requesting quotes and lead times, raising purchase orders, booking in providers, tracking deliveries and confirming receipt (such as Occupational health clinics, Training organisations, Equipment suppliers, Monitoring and calibration providers).
Record keeping and Data Analysis
– Filing data and records, identify patterns, pull together and analyze data and create graphs.
HSEQ systems design and digital implementation
– Design, build, and maintain digital HSEQ systems in Monday.com to support training, health surveillance, and compliance tracking, including workflow design, automation, reporting, and continuous improvement.
Communication & Engagement
– Support the rollout of incident alerts, safety themes, and HSEQ communications.
Workplace Inspections & Compliance Monitoring
– ensure compliance tasks are completed, track due dates, chase evidence from teams, and coordinate with internal supervisors and external contractors/suppliers to close out issues.
What You Bring
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in an HSEQ position.
Bachelor’s degree in occupational health & safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field.
HSE certifications (Min: AK3 Indonesia, SMK3 certification and TOT).
Knowledge of HSEQ management systems (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001).
Experience in industrial sectors (oil & gas, manufacturing, construction, energy, etc.) preferred.
Familiar with Indonesia and Australia regulatory requirements and standards.
Experience conducting and tracking audits, safety training, and compliance monitoring.
Excellent organizational and planning skills.
High level of computing skills, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
Excellent English verbal and written communication skills and the ability to engage people at different levels of organization.
Willing to travel regularly to Australia for temporary assignment.
Working With Us
You’ll collaborate with internal teams, clients, auditors, subcontractors, and regulatory bodies. This is an office-based role with occasional travel to other sites.
