Metallurgy Engineer_Hot Rolling Product Design_Contract

Set-up the quality target to ensure the design meets the specified standard and customer requirements. Evaluate the Hot Rolled Coil quality performance to ensure the final products meet the specified standards and customer expectations. Establish technical quality design concept and plan which related with the product development, new material line-up, and cost-saving activity. Review and follow-up technical inquiry and quality VOC from customers. Establish technical supporting documents such as MPS and ITP. Acquiring product approval from customer for certain application. Support company activities in related with product knowledge such as training and seminar

Minimum Qualifications Experience 3-5 years in Steel Industry, especially in Hot-Rolled Coil Product Manufacturing or Quality Engineer Educational Background: Minimum Bachelor Material/Metallurgical Engineering Familiar with Ms. Excel, word, PowerPoint, and Statistical Analysis Tools such as Minitab, SPC, etc Strong technical knowledge of quality control principles, methods, and tools Proficiency in data analysis and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams Thorough understanding of relevant industry regulations and quality standards
