Business Analyst

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Business Analyst to manage Operations and Commercial Excellence to support operational efficiency and commercial performance across branches.

This role will work closely with the internal operations and commercial team to ensure spending control, product profitability tracking, and smooth execution of new initiatives .

Key Responsibilities Support end-to-end product PnL tracking and monitor spending efficiency Assist in overseeing branch operational needs, including non-academic procurement and renovation coordination Monitor student fulfillment, quality control, and branch-level profitability Support execution of new product launches Review pricing schemes, special discounts, and B2B/B2C contracts to ensure alignment with margin targets Prepare reports and analysis to support operational and commercial decision-making

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Finance, Industrial Engineering, or related field 0–2 years of experience (fresh graduates are welcome to apply) Strong numerical and analytical skills Detail-oriented and comfortable working with data Good communication skills and able to coordinate with multiple stakeholders Organized, proactive, and willing to learn
