What you will do, but not limited to:

Assist Product Manager in planning, developing, and improving digital products

Support product discovery process by gathering user insights, feedback, and business requirements

Support to define product requirements and translate them into clear user stories and documentation

Assist in monitoring product performance and analyzing user behavior and key metrics

Conduct competitor and market research to identify product opportunities

Support preparation of product presentations, roadmap updates, and internal reports

Qualifications

Bachelor degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields.

Strong interest in Product Management and digital products

Basic understanding of product lifecycle and user-centered design

Basic understanding of API concepts (request/response, status codes, JSON) is a plus point.

Detail-oriented, eager to learn, and able to work independently with guidance.

Comfortable working with spreadsheets and basic dashboards.

Nice-to-Have

Experience using Postman/Swagger for simple API testing (can be from coursework/projects).

Familiarity with dashboards or monitoring tools (Superset, Looker, Grafana) is a plus.
