Prepare and present progress reports and budget forecasts to management. Establish and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, vendors, local authorities, and stakeholders. Lead, mentor, and develop site managers, supervisors, and construction teams, building a culture of accountability, quality, and safety.

Job Description

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (Master’s degree is an advantage). Minimum 15 years’ experience in large-scale construction project management, with at least 5 years in a senior managerial or GM role. Demonstrated success managing major industrial estate or infrastructure projects (500 Ha or more preferred). Strong technical knowledge of civil, structural, and site infrastructure construction. Proficiency in construction management tools such as Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, etc. Strong leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Solid knowledge of local construction laws, permitting, and site safety requirements. Proven ability to manage budgets, contracts, and large site teams. High frequency visit to sites and stakeholders’ meetings. Placement: Subang, West Java Seniority level
