Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Business Development professional to drive the expansion of our commercial robotic mowing solutions across Europe. In this role, you will focus on developing new business opportunities in the professional and public sectors, including municipal agencies, facility management companies, landscaping contractors, industrial parks, and large-scale commercial real estate. You will work closely with institutional and corporate clients, helping them understand the value of our solutions through clear ROI-based business cases.
Key Responsibilities
1.Identify and develop new business opportunities across key verticals in Europe
2.Build and maintain relationships with municipal agencies, facility managers, landscaping contractors, and commercial real estate stakeholders
3.Understand how institutional and corporate clients make investment decisions
4.Translate product features into clear ROI models that demonstrate cost savings, efficiency, and long-term value
5.Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals
6.Collaborate with internal teams to align market feedback with product development
Requirements:
1.Proven experience in B2B sales or business development, ideally in landscaping, municipal equipment, facility management, or robotics
2.Ability to understand complex client needs and navigate decision-making processes
3.Comfortable building financial models and presenting ROI-based arguments
4.Strong communication and negotiation skills
5.Self-starter who can work independently and travel as needed
6.Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus
