Responsibilities
We are a boutique investment banking firm specialising in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and corporate transactions. To support our growing portfolio of projects, we are seeking a Corporate Services Executive to join our team.
This role is designed for an individual with strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset. You will take ownership of documentation, administrative processes, and client coordination to ensure the smooth execution of transactions and engagements. The role will work closely with our Investment Banking (IB) team and play a vital part in maintaining high standards of professionalism across all corporate services matters.
Documentation & Administrative Support
Prepare, draft, review, and circulate corporate and legal documents, including NDAs, engagement letters, appointment letters, and records of transfer.
Ensure completeness, accuracy, and proper filing of M&A project documentation and corporate records.
Procurement & Tender Support
Support procurement and tender processes required by clients or potential clients, including preparing bid documentation, attending tender meetings, and managing follow-up actions.
Liaison & Coordination
Liaise with counterparties and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and building management.
Coordinate with subject matter experts (SMEs), of counsels, and specialty consultants on administrative and documentation matters.
Provide internal support to the IB team to ensure timely and accurate completion of project-related deliverables.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, or other relevant fields.
2–3 years of experience in corporate services, administration, or legal documentation.
Strong interest in corporate finance and M&A transactions.
Excellent communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and verbal).
Detail-oriented, organised, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proactive attitude with the ability to liaise effectively with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and general document management systems.
