Job Description
1. Employment Documentation & HR Compliance
Manage employment contracts (PKWT / PKWTT), probation periods, extensions, and confirmations
Coordinate with external legal advisors on employment agreements and addendums and internal HR policies and company regulations (PP)
Maintain employee personal files and HR documentation
Ensure implementation and compliance with Indonesian labor law
2. BPJS Administration
3. Payroll & Attendance Support
Track attendance, shifts, overtime, leaves, and sick days
Prepare payroll data (salary, allowances, deductions) in coordination with finance/accounting
Support payroll compliance and reporting
Maintain accurate attendance and payroll records
4. Mandatory Manpower Reporting
Ensure timely updates of manpower data in coordination with external legal advisors
Monitor compliance with manpower reporting obligations
5. Recruitment & Onboarding
Manage recruitment processes
Prepare employment offers and onboarding documentation
Manage onboarding checklists and induction processes
6. HR Policies, SOPs & Internal Processes
Assist in developing, updating, and maintaining HR policies, job descriptions, internal SOPs related to staff and operations
Ensure policies and SOPs are clearly communicated and followed
7. Employee Relations & Discipline
Support performance review and feedback processes
Manage disciplinary actions (SP1–SP3) in coordination with legal advisors
Handle resignation and termination processes in compliance with Indonesian labor law
