About the role
We're looking for individuals who are passionate about optimizing workflows, streamlining operations, and making things run smarter, not harder. This isn't your typical coffee-fetching internship, you'll be trusted with real projects, working alongside both our executive and operations team to map, analyze, and improve processes across our marketing-focused divisions.

What You'll Do
Support end-to-end documentation of business processes across marketing divisions, client-facing teams, and support functions, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
Monitor and identify changes in processes, systems, or policies that may affect internal teams, project delivery, or client satisfaction.
Assist in developing, updating, and standardizing operational documentation, including SOPs, work instructions, and process flowcharts.
Contribute to analyzing operational performance data and conducting gap analyses to uncover bottlenecks, redundancies, and improvement opportunities within GetFound’s marketing workflows and campaign delivery processes.
Research and benchmark workflows against best practices in the digital marketing, creative, and technology sectors.
Work closely with relevant stakeholders to validate, refine, and finalize process workflows.
Participate in workshops and discussions with department leaders to understand and support process improvement initiatives.
Own specific improvement projects from start to finish, with guidance from senior team members.
What We're Looking For
Final year or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Management, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
Strong interest in business process improvement, operations, or strategy consulting within a marketing or digital environment.
Proficient in Excel for data handling and analysis.
Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts
Knowledge of automation tools or workflow integration (e.g., data integration, dashboard automation, shortcut systems) is a plus.
Hands-on, proactive, and eager-to-learn mindset.
Passionate about technology, AI, and digital innovation.
Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both spoken and written.
Willing and able to work fully on-site at our Setiabudi, Kuningan, Jakarta Selatan office.
Bonus Points If You (not a must):
Have previous internship or project experience in operations, consulting, marketing, or process improvement in a digital agency or marketing company.
Can create visual dashboards to track process performance.
Are comfortable presenting ideas and findings to different audiences.
Have experience with project management or collaboration tools.
