Job Opportunity: ERM seeks a Team Leader - AMDAL

in Jakarta seeks an exceptional individual to join as a Consultant with considerable Environmental consultancy and project management experience in the Environmental Team to support the expanding business.
The daily responsibilities will include project management, impact assessment, report preparation, and support in proposal writing and business development.
This role offers a unique opportunity to be involved in innovative and exciting projects that ERM is currently working on. The candidate should have a degree in Science, Environmental Management, or Environmental Engineering. The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience or potential in the following areas:
Managing or coordinating small or medium size projects or whole elements of large multidisciplinary or global projects
Delivering multiple project tasks or components, including proposal sections
Supervising project team(s) and coaching and mentoring more junior staff
Understanding the interrelationships between ERM practices and policies and how these are applied within the business model(s)
Establishing strong working relationships with clients through project delivery
Provide complex and technical or subject matter expertise and methodology challenges within own area as well as across several disciplines within the business unit or practice area(s), including local regulatory and legislative requirements as applicable
Develope external presence in technical area by participating in technical/professional associations
Make use of effective working relationships with business unit and participate in global practice communities to ensure strong network of resources
Ensure prevailing authorization and administrative processes, policies and practices are communicated and followed
Remain up to date with the external market and client industry trends
Share expertise and knowledge within the Business Unit and or global practice area
Define actions and utilize resources to achieve project tasks or objectives
Job Requirements
Possess a valid Competency Certificate KTPA (AMDAL Team Leader). Additional training/certificate relevant to the competency building is an advantage
A minimum of Degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering and/or other related fields of specialization
Minimum of 8 years of working experience
Good communication, analytical and writing skills.
Good English writing and speaking skills
