Shopee Reseller Acquisition Executive

We are a fast-growing cosmetics brand management company. We are looking for a Business Development (BD) professional to drive the expansion of our Shopee reseller network across e-commerce channels. This role will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, and managing Shopee resellers, overseeing the onboarding and product listing process, and developing long-term partnerships that support the growth of our online distribution and overall sales performance.

Job Responsibilities:

Identify non-partnered and newly opened stores on platforms such as Shopee; obtain contact details of store operators or purchasers, reach out via a WhatsApp Business account to introduce products, assess cooperation opportunities, and secure partnerships for product procurement and listing.

Maintain customer relationships to ensure continuous purchasing and product sales; determine whether to make phone calls or conduct visits based on the customer’s situation.

Actively identify and acquire new customers, establish partnerships, and take full responsibility for sales performance.

Carry out daily operations and coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth workflow and proper execution of tasks.

Conduct regular store checks, price inspections, and price control; provide timely feedback.

Collect, organize, and summarize customer information, and compile market data.

Supervise the implementation of plans, be responsible for relevant data statistics, and report progress promptly to the department manager.

Job Requirements

Bachelor degree or above; proficient in using office software.

Presentable appearance, outgoing personality, and passionate about sales.

Proactive at work, with strong communication skills and team spirit.

Honest and trustworthy, with excellent communication skills.
