As
Head of Retail Store (Lifestyle)
, you will play a critical leadership role in driving operational excellence and commercial performance across our nationwide retail network. You’ll be responsible for ensuring seamless store operations, consistent service standards, and sustainable sales growth—while delivering a best-in-class customer experience at scale.
What You’ll Be Working On
Develop and execute retail operations strategies aligned with overall business objectives, focusing on sales growth, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
Oversee end-to-end daily store operations across regions, ensuring consistency in service quality, merchandising standards, and operational compliance.
Lead, coach, and develop regional and store managers to build a high-performing, accountable leadership pipeline.
Define, monitor, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), using data insights to drive revenue growth and profitability improvements.
Champion a customer-first culture, ensuring exceptional service standards across all customer touchpoints.
Optimize inventory planning and replenishment, minimize shrinkage, and ensure strong product availability across stores.
Manage operational budgets, control costs, and continuously improve financial performance.
Leverage retail technologies such as POS systems, CRM tools, and analytics platforms to enhance decision-making and operational effectiveness.
Ensure full compliance with company policies, safety standards, and applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Commercial, Supply Chain, Finance, and Technology teams to support business scalability and performance.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field; Master’s degree is a strong advantage.
Minimum 13 years of experience in retail operations, including 5+ years in senior leadership roles .
Strong preference for experience in Lifestyle or FMCG retail environments.
Proven track record in leading multi-site retail operations and driving measurable business results.
Strong strategic, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities with a data-driven mindset.
Deep understanding of customer experience, store operations, and retail performance levers.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
Willingness to travel frequently across store locations as required.
