Job Description
Manage recruitment and employee placement processes
Handle training & development, performance appraisal, and employee evaluation
Manage and implement HR & GA policies and procedures while overseeing all HR & GA operations, office facilities, assets, and company services.
Manage vendors, contracts, and office maintenance
Prepare and maintain accurate HR & GA reports
Job Requirements
Bachelorโs Degree in Psychology, Law, Human Resource Management, or related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in HR & GA (preferably in Hospital / Healthcare industry)
Experienced in recruitment, payroll, tax, compensation & benefits, BPJS, insurance, and labor law
Strong knowledge in training, performance appraisal, and employee evaluation
Experience in managing office facilities, assets, vendors, and company services
Able to handle procurement, maintenance, and operational support
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
