WE’RE HIRING - DEPUTY DIRECTOR OPERATIONS

Placement: Indonesia (On-site / Hybrid)

We are seeking an experienced Deputy Director – Operations to lead and strengthen operational execution across a growing organization. This role is ideal for a highly structured and execution-focused professional who excels in managing large teams, maintaining operational discipline, and driving performance through clear KPIs and timelines.

The position focuses on operational excellence, productivity improvement, and consistent execution, ensuring organizational direction is implemented effectively across all functions.

Key Responsibilities • Oversee and coordinate daily operations across multiple teams and functions • Lead and manage large-scale teams with clear accountability structures • Translate strategic direction into: • Clear timelines • Measurable KPIs • Executable action plans • Monitor performance, productivity, and delivery quality across departments • Enforce and continuously improve operational KPIs • Ensure operational processes are documented, implemented, and refined • Maintain clear internal communication and structured reporting • Remain calm, effective, and decisive in high-pressure situations • Motivate teams while maintaining accountability and performance standards • Participate in operational meetings and coordination, including travel when required • Demonstrate flexibility to support operational needs when necessary

Qualifications • Minimum 10 years of experience in operations and management • Proven experience managing large teams (100+ people) • Strong operational judgment and decision-making skills • Excellent data analysis capability with a data-driven approach • Strong English communication skills (written and spoken) • High attention to detail with strong follow-up discipline • Proven ability to monitor, enforce, and improve KPIs • High level of ownership, resilience, and accountability
