Continuous Improvement Specialist

Key Responsibilities

Project Management : Lead teams to achieve project goals, ensuring timelines and benefits are met, and develop plans, schedules, and budgets for process improvements.

Process Optimization : Drive efficiency in manufacturing using lean manufacturing and PDCA methodology.

Coordination & Communication : Work with all departments to accelerate QIP (Quality Improvement Projects) implementation and ensure proper execution.

Training Development : Create training materials, facilitate sessions, and assess effectiveness to improve continuous improvement skills.

Workload & Efficiency Analysis : Gather and analyze data on workloads, task assignments, and bottlenecks to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations.

Reporting & Improvement : Prepare reports with actionable insights to optimize workflow and productivity across teams.

Culture Building : Cultivate a service‑quality and competitive culture by empowering internal agents of change.

Requirements

Bachelor’s in Engineering (Industrial), Business, or related fields.

Experience in process improvement, lean methodologies, or quality management.

Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with expertise in data analysis, process mapping, and root cause analysis.

Certification in Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, or similar is a plus.

Willing to be placed in Cilegon, Banten.
