Motion Graphic Designer

Responsibilities Design and produce high-quality 2D and 3D motion graphics from initial concept development to final delivery. Translate creative briefs into engaging visual storytelling aligned with brand guidelines. Create on-air and off-air promotional assets, including bumpers, openers, idents, stings, and digital content. Develop visual concepts, style frames, storyboards, and animation sequences. Execute modeling, texturing, lighting, rendering, and compositing for 3D projects. Collaborate closely with Producers, Editors, and Creative Team to ensure timely and high-quality outputs. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail and deadlines. Ensure all creative materials meet broadcast and digital platform standards.

Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience as a Motion Graphic Designer (2D & 3D). Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Graphic Design, Motion Design, Interactive Design, or related field. Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects). Proficiency in 3D software such as Cinema 4D (C4D), Blender, or 3ds Max. Strong sense of design, composition, typography, and motion principles. Demonstrated ability to conceptualize and execute creative ideas independently. Highly organized and capable of handling multiple assignments and tight deadlines. Strong interest and passion for motion graphics, animation trends, and visual storytelling.
