Job Posting: Brand Project Specialist We are seeking a

dynamic and results-oriented Brand Project Specialist

to join our team. This pivotal role will serve as the primary liaison between our brands/clients and our live shopping operations across leading marketplace platforms such as Shopee and TikTok. You will be fully responsible for ensuring the success of every live shopping session, spanning from strategic planning through execution and performance reporting.

Key Responsibilities: 1. Client & Account Management Act as the

key account manager

for assigned brands/clients, building and nurturing strong relationships. Develop an in-depth understanding of each brand/client's needs, objectives, and marketing strategy related to live shopping. Provide regular reports on live shopping performance and identify areas for opportunity and improvement. 2. Live Shopping Planning & Strategy Develop and implement effective live shopping strategies aligned with client objectives and current market trends. Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., content, operations, analytics teams) to ensure all aspects of the live shopping process are well-planned. Plan the live shopping schedule, themes, promotions, and products to be featured. 3. Operational Coordination & Execution Manage and oversee the

end-to-end execution

of live shopping sessions across various marketplace platforms (Shopee, TikTok, etc.). Ensure the availability of hosts/talents, products, and supporting materials before and during the live sessions. Coordinate with the technical team to resolve any issues that may arise during the live broadcast. Ensure client branding and key messaging are conveyed clearly and compellingly during the live stream. 4. Performance Analysis & Reporting Track, analyze, and report on key live shopping performance metrics (sales, viewers, engagement, conversion, ROI, etc.). Identify trends, opportunities, and challenges from the data to optimize future strategies. Provide

strategic recommendations

to clients based on performance analysis.

Qualifications Language Proficiency: Mandarin proficiency is mandatory (verbal and written) and English. Experience:

in Project Management, Account Management, or a similar role. Background in e-commerce, digital marketing, or agency industries is highly preferred. Industry Knowledge:

Deep understanding of the Indonesian marketplace ecosystem (Shopee, TikTok Shop, Tokopedia, etc.) and current live shopping trends. Analytical Skills:

Strong capability in data analysis with the ability to derive actionable insights and conclusions. Communication:

Exceptional presentation and communication skills to effectively interact with clients and internal stakeholders. Work Ethic:

Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of working independently as well as part of a collaborative team. Agility:

Ability to thrive under pressure and manage multiple projects concurrently with strict deadlines. Tools:

Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and/or Microsoft Office.



Plus Points Direct experience in running or managing live shopping sessions. Extensive network within the e-commerce or influencer/talent industries.
