Job Description

Finance & Accounting Staff (Building Management) Responsibilities

Administration & Filing: Managing incoming and outgoing mail, compiling, photocopying, and archiving important company documents.

Schedule Management: Setting agendas, scheduling appointments, and managing the management's work calendar.

Meeting Management: Preparing materials, logistics, and compiling meeting minutes.

Communication: Answering phone calls, responding to emails, and acting as a liaison between the management and internal and external parties.

Business Travel: Arranging tickets, accommodations, and travel itineraries.

Inventory: Managing office supply needs.
