Medical Assessment Analyst

aims to analyze Quantitative data on Health Operation Division. Act as the User Representative in system development alongside the IT team to identify, design, and communicate requirements related to Medical Check-Up processes (Pre-MCU, MCU, Post MCU) including Wellness features, ensuring operational and functional needs are optimally accommodated within the system. Analyze prospective client needs to determine suitable Medical Check-Up (MCU) packages. Analyze client Medical Check-Up (MCU) result data by performing cross-analysis against participant claim history and preparing the presentation of findings. Prepare Wellness Program requirements based on the analysis of Medical Check-Up (MCU) results and participant health records. Analyze client Wellness Program results to evaluate program effectiveness.

Minimum Qualifications Min. Bachelor's Degree (S1): Statistics/Biomedical Engineering/Medical Engineering/Mathematics (Master Degree also welcome) Experience in handling quantitative data Fresh Graduate are welcome Enthusias and understand about Healthcare/Medical industry is preferable
