HR People & Culture Manager

About The Role Beyond Medical is looking for an HR People & Culture Manager who brings strategic thinking, maturity, and a strong partnership mindset. This role will work closely with the directors to shape business plans, strengthen organizational capability, and drive people development initiatives across the company. Key Responsibilities

Act as a strategic partner to the directors in business planning, organizational development, and talent strategy.

Design and execute People & Culture strategies aligned with business needs and long-term goals.

Lead end-to-end HR initiatives including performance management, career development, competency building, leadership development, and employee engagement programs.

Oversee HR operations while continuously improving processes, systems, and employee experience.

Build, strengthen, and maintain a healthy, high-performance company culture.

Conduct workforce planning, talent reviews, and succession mapping to ensure organizational readiness.

Provide coaching and advisory support to leaders on people matters, conflict management, and decision‑making.

Lead recruitment, onboarding, and employer branding efforts to support organizational growth.

Develop, update, and ensure compliance of HR policies, SOPs, and guidelines.

Qualifications

Minimum 5–7 years of HR experience, with exposure to HR business partnering or People & Culture leadership.

Strong strategic thinking and ability to influence leadership and key stakeholders.

Solid understanding of HR fundamentals: performance management, learning & development, organizational development, culture building, and (optional) IR knowledge.

Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, growing organization with evolving needs.

Proactive, critical thinker with strong execution skills—from planning to delivery.

Excellent communication skills, empathy, and the ability to build trust across teams.
