We’re looking for a Social Media Specialist! Are you a digital storyteller, trend-spotter, and data-driven strategist all in one? Always ahead of trends and ready to experiment. Analyzing performance, optimizing campaigns, and ensuring growth.

A content and ad expert

Crafting compelling stories while setting up and optimizing Meta, Google, and TikTok Ads.

Hands‑on with production

Shooting, editing, and creating high-quality, engaging content. Working with KOLs, agencies, and internal teams.

Strategic & adaptable

Mapping customer trends, refining strategies, and driving brand success.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute social media strategies for multiple supermarket brands.

Align content with brand positioning and customer trends.

Monitor and adjust strategies based on performance insights.

Lead creative content ideation and execution.

Write engaging, platform-specific copy while maintaining brand voice.

Stay updated on trends to keep content fresh and relevant.

Set up, manage, and optimize Meta, Google & TikTok Ads for conversions.

Track key social media metrics and refine strategies based on insights.

Provide reports with key takeaways and action plans.

Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality content, including short‑form videos.

Maintain a strong brand aesthetic across all platforms.

Capture real‑time content during events to maximize engagement.

Apply SEO principles to improve organic reach.

Utilize SEM insights to enhance ad performance.

Manage KOL collaborations to boost brand presence.

Engage with the audience to foster strong connections.

Work with store teams to generate authentic in‑store content.

Direct agencies and delegate tasks for seamless execution.

Work closely with internal teams to align social media with broader campaigns.

Integrate digital strategies with offline brand activations.

Qualifications we’re looking for: ✅

Experience & Background

3-5 years of experience in social media management, content creation, and digital marketing in a retail, FMCG, or e-commerce environment.

Proven track record of growing engagement, reach, and conversion across multiple social media platforms.

Experience handling multi‑brand, multi‑platform social media strategies.

Background in online platforms or e‑commerce is a plus.



Technical Skills

Social Media Ads Management – Hands‑on experience in Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads, optimizing for conversions and ROAS.

Content Strategy & Copywriting – Ability to craft compelling narratives that resonate with the audience.

SEO & SEM – Basic knowledge of SEO strategies and SEM campaign optimization.

Analytics & Performance Tracking – Strong ability to interpret social media data and translate it into action plans.

Photography & Video Production – Capable of shooting, editing, and producing high‑quality content.

Social Media Management Tools – Skilled in using Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics, Google Analytics, and scheduling platforms.

KOL & Community Engagement – Experience in influencer marketing, campaign collaborations, and audience interaction.

Fluent in English (writing & reading) – Comfortable creating and communicating in English.

Proactive & High‑Drive – Always looking for new ideas, trends, and strategies to enhance performance.

Creative & Bold Thinker – Willing to experiment and push boundaries while maintaining brand consistency.

Strong Communication & Collaboration – Ability to manage KOLs, agencies, internal teams, and engage audiences.

Resilient & Adaptable – Thrives in a fast‑paced, ever‑evolving social media landscape.

Leadership & Initiative – Can take ownership, delegate tasks, and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Flexible & Event‑Savvy – Open to supporting brand activations, even on weekends when needed.
