As part of our continued expansion, we are seeking a talented Sales Officer to join our team. You will work with creative team to create marketing strategy to reach our target and visions.

Job Summary:

As a Sales Officer at

Daile , you will play a key role in driving sales growth of our high-quality denim apparel. This position requires building and maintaining strong relationships with retail partners, distributors, online platforms and direct customers while ensuring that every interaction reflects Daile’s commitment to professionalism, creativity, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage relationships with retail clients, distributors, and business partners. Identify and pursue new sales opportunities across retail stores, boutiques, and online marketplaces. Execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets. Conduct product presentations, negotiations, and deal closures. Collaborate with the marketing team to support brand campaigns and promotional activities. Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports, including market and trend analysis. Provide market and customer feedback to support product development and brand strategy. Handle & maintaining online platform to optimize sales in marketplace Oversee live shopping activity to optimize sales in marketplace Prepare and execute sales program

Job Qualification – Sales Officer Requirements: Minimum D3/Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business, Marketing, or related fields. 1–2 years of proven sales experience, preferably in fashion retail. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Target-oriented, disciplined, and results-driven. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Knowledge of fashion retail and women’s fashion is a strong advantage. Willingness to travel for client visits, business meetings, or events. Proficiency in digital tools (MS Office, CRM systems, or online sales platforms).
