About Our Client We are currently representing one of our client in the Data Center Industry who is looking to expand their team and business in Indonesia

Job Description

Act as a technical Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Data Center projects, providing guidance on design, construction, and commissioning.

Collaborate with Project Managers to develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resources.

Review and validate engineering designs, technical specifications, and construction drawings to ensure compliance with standards and client requirements.

Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to resolve technical issues and ensure smooth project execution.

Support commissioning, testing, and handover of Data Center facilities.

Prepare technical reports, documentation, and progress updates for internal and client stakeholders.

Identify potential risks and propose mitigation measures.

Provide training and mentorship to junior engineers as required.

The Successful Applicant

Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering

Minimum of 10 years of experience with portfolio in Data Center or other critical facilities project

Strong understanding of Data Center infrastructure, including electrical (UPS, PDUs, generators, switchgear, backup systems, etc.) OR mechanical (CRAC units, chillers, piping, cooling towers, fire suppression, etc.)

Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple stakeholders

Able to speak English
