Job Description: Our client is seeking a highly organized and proactive Virtual Assistant with experience in real estate. The ideal candidate will assist in transaction coordination, manage leads, handle insurance-related tasks, and maintain the company's social media presence.

Responsibilities of the role: • Coordinate real estate transactions and ensure smooth deal closures. • Handle insurance-related documentation and processes. • Manage and follow up on leads via email and other communication channels. • Maintain and update real estate CRM systems. • Create and schedule social media posts to enhance online presence. • Provide general administrative support as needed.

Required Experience and Qualifications: • Proven experience in real estate, particularly in transaction coordination. • Familiarity with insurance processes. • Strong email management skills. • Experience using real estate CRM systems.

Preferred Skills: • Proficiency in using social media platforms for business purposes. • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Personality: • Detail-oriented and proactive. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.

Software & Tools • Familiarity with real estate CRM systems. • Proficiency in social media management tools.

English Level: Native, C2, C1

Schedule: 10am to 7pm EST

Salary and Benefits: • Payment in USD or Local Currency according to candidate's preference.
