We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administration Assistant to join our team. This role is essential in providing administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations within the office. You will work closely with managers and team members to assist with documentation and general project administration. Key Responsibilities Manage and organize office documents, records, and correspondence. Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes. Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries professionally. Maintain office supplies and ensure a well-organized workspace. Provide general administrative support on various projects

Requirements Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Business, or related field. Minimum 1–2 years of experience in an administrative role would be beneficial Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Strong organizational and time-management skills. Strong attention to detail Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
