Oracle Fusion Consultant Overview We are seeking an experienced

Oracle Fusion Consultant

with a strong functional focus (~80%) and working technical knowledge (~20%) to support implementation, configuration, and optimization of Oracle Fusion applications. The role involves business process alignment, stakeholder engagement, testing support, and collaboration on integrations and reporting. Key Responsibilities Gather and translate business requirements into functional specifications. Configure and support Oracle Fusion modules aligned with business processes. Conduct workshops, solution design sessions, and user training. Support end-to-end implementation: analysis, configuration, testing (SIT/UAT), and deployment. Collaborate with technical teams on integrations, reports, and extensions. Assist in data migration, validation, and reconciliation. Provide post-go-live support and continuous improvement recommendations. Maintain functional documentation and process flows. Work with Finance, HR, Procurement, or Supply Chain stakeholders (based on module scope).

Requirements Proven experience as an Oracle Fusion Consultant (strong functional expertise). Hands-on implementation/support experience in Oracle Fusion. Strong knowledge in Financials, Procurement, SCM, or HCM modules. Experience in requirements gathering, workshops, and stakeholder engagement. Understanding of Fusion data structures, workflows, and reporting tools (OTBI, BI Publisher). Basic technical exposure: integrations, APIs/web services, data migration concepts. Experience supporting SIT/UAT and resolving functional defects. Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
