Investment Manager

Job Responsibilities

Project Identification and Screening: 1. We are deeply engaged in Indonesia's consumer sector (such as new retail, restaurant chains, brand incubation, cross-border e-commerce, and lifestyle services). 2. We proactively identify high-quality investment targets through industry research, networking, and channel partnerships. 3. We conduct preliminary project assessments to determine their business models, team capabilities, market potential, and investment value, and form preliminary screening recommendations.

In-depth Due Diligence and Analysis: 1. Lead or participate in project due diligence, including but not limited to industry trend analysis, market sizing, competitive landscape analysis, financial model development, and legal risk assessment. 2. Assess the project's local suitability and growth potential based on Indonesian policies, consumer habits, and cultural characteristics, and prepare due diligence reports and investment proposals.

Investment Transaction Facilitation: 1. Participate in investment negotiations, assist in developing transaction structures, valuation plans, and post-investment management plans, and facilitate the signing and closing of investment agreements. 2. Collaborate with legal and finance teams to ensure transaction compliance and manage risks.

Post-Investment Management and Resource Allocation: 1. Monitor the operational performance of investee companies and assist in resolving development issues (such as strategic adjustments, financing matching, and resource integration). 2. Identify synergy opportunities among investee companies and maintain positive post-investment relationships.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in finance, economics, business, marketing, or related fields.

In-depth understanding of the Indonesian consumer market, familiarity with local consumer trends, policies and regulations, industry chain structure, and major players.

Strong industry analysis, financial modeling, and valuation analysis skills, with the ability to independently conduct project due diligence and report writing.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills, resource integration, and cross-cultural collaboration skills, enabling effective connection with local entrepreneurs, partners, and teams.

Language proficiency: fluent in Indonesian and English (written and spoken). Chinese proficiency is preferred for collaboration with the headquarters team.
