Your responsibilities and tasks
Ensure timely and accurate preparation and submission of financial statements in compliance with accounting standards.
Perform account reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial data.
Support the month-end and year-end closing process, including journal entries and adjustments.
Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards and company policies
Demonstrate strong teamwork skills and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
Oversee daily finance accounting activities, includinggeneral ledger, AR/AP, bank reconciliation and documentation of transactions.
Support the tax team for timely and accurate tax filing and compliancewith Indonesian regulations (PPN, PPh, etc.).
Your profile and qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting
Minimum 5 years of experience in financial accounting and reporting
High integrity, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines under pressure
Proficiency in financial reporting software and advanced Ms. Excel
Familiar with SAGE Accpac or SAP system is a plus
Experience in multinational trading company/engineering company is preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and tax regulations
English active
Willing to be placed in Head Office (Puri Indah, Jakarta Barat)
