Your Impact The

Regional Sales Director, Asia

is responsible for managing a team of account managers who sell the Axon product line of less lethal weapons and software solutions to public safety agencies, and for growing Axon’s business across Asia. Success in this role requires the ability to simplify complex solutions, maintain executive relationships, manage multi‑layered stakeholder environments, and drive Axon teams toward outcomes.

Your Day‑to‑Day

Manage a team of Account Managers and grow bookings, pipeline, and customer satisfaction to achieve Axon’s strategic objectives.

Develop and maintain client relationships to ultimately drive new opportunities and growth.

Develop and execute account strategy by collaborating with the account team to deliver stronger, more relevant value propositions.

Lead strategic meetings with senior officials to drive higher‑level relationships.

Partner with Axon’s support teams (Product, Marketing, Government Affairs, Legal, Finance) to guide product‑market‑fit and develop a joint strategy for regional growth.

Work with and bring in experts/specialists where required.

Develop a go‑to‑market strategy based on data (including TAM, capture potential, and product‑market‑fit analysis).

Own accurate forecasting and keep leadership updated on account status.

Maintain strong Salesforce hygiene: timely updates, clean data, and consistent pipeline discipline.

Track customer activity in internal systems to execute on account strategy and identify additional opportunities.

Basic Qualifications

10+ years of demonstrated successful customer‑facing Software or Technical Sales Experience.

5+ years of demonstrated leadership of sales teams.

10+ years’ experience managing a book of major accounts or consultative sales experience.

Verbal and written fluency in English and other Asian languages is a plus.

Able to travel 50%+ of the month, including overnight travel.

Data management experience using Salesforce (preferred) or similar CRM.

Preferred Qualifications

Startup experience & vertical industry exposure.

Able to clearly and directly articulate complex solution offerings.

Team player: collaborate regularly with various team members.
