Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute brand marketing strategies aligned with target consumers and brand positioning
Plan, manage, and evaluate integrated marketing campaigns (ATL, BTL, and Digital)
Conduct market, consumer, and competitor analysis to support brand decisionโmaking
Manage brand communication including key messages, visual guidelines, and tone of voice
Collaborate with Sales, Trade Marketing, R&D, and external agencies (creative, digital, media)
Lead and support new product launches (NPD), including concept development, packaging, and promotional activities
Monitor and analyze campaign performance using relevant KPIs (brand health, awareness, penetration, and sales impact)
Manage brand marketing budgets effectively and efficiently
Prepare regular performance reports and presentations for management
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelorโs degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or a related field
Minimum 3 years of experience in Brand Marketing, Marketing Specialist, or similar roles
Experience in FMCG, especially snack or food categories, is highly preferred
Strong understanding of brand management, consumer insights, and marketing communications
Strong analytical skills with experience in market research and performance analysis
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
Creative, detailโoriented, and able to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
