Role Summary You will lead growth acceleration for aportfolio of Indonesian SMEs generating USD 500K–1M+ annual revenue. Using acombination of consulting frameworks, AI tools, and structured portfoliotracking, you will design and drive “growth sprints” that help business ownersscale revenue, optimize operations, and unlock new opportunities.

The senior role leads strategy, managesfounder-facing relationships, and ensures portfolio companies progress throughdefined journeys and sprints.

Key Responsibilities

Diagnosebusiness challenges using structured consulting frameworks

UseAI tools to generate insights, models, projections, growth hypotheses, andbusiness plan

Design4–8 week growth sprints tailored for each portfolio company

Monitorsprint execution and provide strategic recommendations

Maintaindashboards on portfolio health, revenue indicators, and sprint progress

TrackKPIs aligned to program goals:

Provideweekly and monthly portfolio reports

3. Founder Relationship Management

Actas strategic advisor to business owners

Leadcheck-ins, deep dive assessments, and growth discussions

Ensurehigh engagement and pipeline conversion

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration

Workwith Growth Success, Services, Marketing & Partnerships teams

Providefeedback on program improvements and platform enhancement

Collaboratewith CRM & analytics team to maintain clean, actionable data

Qualifications

5–9years experience in consulting, business strategy, VC/PE, startup growth,or advisory roles.

Stronganalytical and problem-solving skills

Hands-onexperience with LLMs or AI productivity tools for business planning

Excellentcommunication; comfortable working with SME founders

Abilityto manage multiple stakeholders and navigate ambiguity
