Job Description
Lead, direct, and motivate regional sales and key account teams to achieve assigned sales targets.
Manage and execute national sales strategies for company's services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with OBGYNs, pediatricians, hospital administrators, and other medical stakeholders.
Oversee all sales-related activities and events within assigned territories.
Ensure continuous training and performance development of the sales team.
Drive lead generation, market penetration, and market share growth in assigned territories.
Conduct competitor analysis and provide regular market intelligence reports.
Ensure compliance with accreditation and quality standards and internal policies.
Coordinate maternity and hospital-related events.
Manage national sales team commission calculations in accordance with company policy.
Prepare and submit timely sales performance and activity reports.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
Minimum Diploma or Bachelorโs Degree in any discipline.
At least 3 years of working experience in sales, with a minimum of 2 years in a managerial position.
Proven track record in sales performance.
Strong understanding of the healthcare industry; established OBGYN network is highly preferred.
Highly driven, result-oriented, and resilient.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Independent, confident, well-groomed, and professional in appearance.
