Finance, Accounting and Tax Manager (Mandarin Speaker)

Manage and oversee the company’s overall finance, accounting, and tax functions in compliance with company policies and applicable regulations. Prepare, review, and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements to ensure accuracy and timeliness. Handle tax planning, tax compliance, and tax reporting, and maintain effective communication with tax authorities. Supervise daily accounting operations including general ledger, accounts payable & receivable, cost accounting, and fixed assets. Develop, implement, and improve financial processes and internal controls to enhance operational efficiency. Prepare annual budgets, monitor budget performance, and conduct financial forecasting and analysis. Provide financial analysis and strategic recommendations to management to support business decision-making. Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and relevant authorities for audits and tax reviews. Communicate and report financial matters in Mandarin to headquarters, shareholders, or Chinese-speaking clients. Lead, manage, and develop the finance team to improve performance and professional capability. Primarily responsible for management accounting functions, with proficiency in using Mandarin to handle bookkeeping and prepare financial reports. Assist department managers in editing and translating policies and procedures, as well as in asset management. Language Requirements: Fluent in Mandarin, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in English, with the ability to read and understand financial reports accurately and effectively. Educational Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting. Professional certification such as Certified Management Accountant (CPMA) or other equivalent or higher-level certifications will be an advantage / are acceptable. Work Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in the accounting field. Priority will be given to candidates with experience working in an accounting firm or a foreign trading company. Experience in taxation is required.
