Job Description

We’re looking for a KOL & Influencer Marketing Lead who can take ownership of Sculpt’s influencer ecosystem end-to-end. In this role, you will lead the overall KOL & influencer strategy, drive impactful collaborations, and ensure influencer marketing delivers both brand relevance and business results.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and develop overall KOL & Influencer Marketing strategy aligned with brand, campaign, and revenue goals.

Build, manage, and expand a strong KOL ecosystem across micro, mid-tier, macro, and mega influencers.

Own end-to-end influencer campaigns: strategy, influencer selection, negotiation, briefing, execution, and post-campaign evaluation.

Oversee and guide the KOL team, ensuring smooth execution and campaign quality.

Collaborate closely with Brand, Content, Performance Marketing, and E-commerce teams to align influencer activities with key campaigns and launches.

Develop clear campaign objectives, KPIs, and budget allocation for influencer initiatives.

Analyze and optimize influencer performance based on reach, engagement, conversion, ROI, and sales impact.

Identify new influencer formats, platforms, and collaboration opportunities to drive brand talkability and growth.

Monitor beauty industry trends, influencer movements, and competitor strategies to identify gaps and opportunities.

Maintain strong, long‑term relationships with top‑tier KOLs, talents, agencies, and managements.

Prepare regular performance reports and strategic recommendations for management.

Requirements

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in KOL / Influencer Marketing, preferably in beauty, FMCG, or lifestyle brands.

Proven experience managing mid to mega influencers and running large‑scale influencer campaigns.

Have managed at least KOL / affiliate budget above 600 jt / month with conversion & revenue targets.

Strong understanding of influencer marketing funnel: awareness, engagement, conversion, and retention.

Strategic mindset with strong analytical and reporting skills.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

Able to lead, guide, and collaborate with junior team members.

Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.

Passionate about fashion, beauty, trends, and digital culture.

Willing to work full WFO at Pluit, North Jakarta.
