[Publishing Center] Social Media Specialist(A184014)

Responsibilities: Responsible for end-to-end management of MLBB ID social media platforms, especially Tiktok and Youtube. From content planning, assets request, posting, monthly algorithm check and update, reporting, giveaway winners collection, livestream assist, etc. Monitor and ensure smooth operation of third party in handling MLBB ID social media Instagram and Facebook. Be the social media PIC of S-campaign. Responsible to closely allign with campaign planners and other related division to ensure smooth campaign delivery. Focusing in planning and executing all social media related SOW (IG, FB, YT, TT, Discord, Whatsapp, FB Group, Livestream, UGC PGC contents) during special period. Maintain stability and growth of MLBB ID social based group, including Discord, Whatsapp, and Facebook Group. Focusing on Discord specifically to conduct activities and boost members/users' engagement. Monitor and ensure smooth operation of feedback gathering and socail media compliance (DM + comments management). Focusing on daily users' feedback collection and S-campaign pre and post feedback collection. In charge of Weekly Trend & Local Hotspot Summary collection. Be sensitive towards all local news and provide a list of upcoming local events and trends for future in-game / marketing development. Manage video editors for video asset delivery across all platforms.

Requirements: Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal. Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience managing and growing social media platforms, especially TikTok and YouTube. Strong in day-to-day operations and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Must be an active Mobile Legends: Bang Bang player with strong familiarity with the MLBB community, gameplay, and trends.
