Job Title: HR Staff We are seeking the position of HR Staff with the following qualifications:

Bachelor Degree (S1) in Psychology

Fresh graduates welcome to apply

Familiar with psychological assessment tools

Basic understanding in recruitment process, training & development, and performance management

Enough understanding in English (oral & written)

Fast learner, eager to learn

Attentive to details, well organized

Able to work independently or in a team

Responsibilities

Proposes the development/revision of policies, systems and procedures in recruitment process, training & development, and performance management

Manages the industrial relation functions in an effective and efficient manner and in accordance with the firm’s policies, systems and procedures

Manages the compensation & benefits and personnel functions in an effective and efficient manner and in accordance with the firm’s policies, systems and procedures
