Sales Project for Home Appliances

To drive Häfele’s Home Appliances business growth through strategic project-based sales across Indonesia. This role is responsible for developing and managing relationships with key decision makers, such as developers, contractors, consultants, and property owners, to secure buy-out projects and ensure Häfele products are specified and installed according to project requirements and brand standards. Responsibilities

Monitor market trends, competitors’ activities, and new project opportunities within the home appliances segment Present and promote home appliance products and solutions to potential clients according to project specifications and needs Build a strong relationship with all related parties. Deeply understand customers’ demands as well as the technical and commercial needs and present our respective products accordingly Negotiate and close sales deals while maintaining profitability and customer satisfaction Liaise with supply chain, product management, specifier, finance, marketing, sales admin and other departments to obtain support on all technical aspects and provide optimal support for customers List and report on potential customers, including market information, progress, problems, solutions and results, to direct superior Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, engineering, architecture or a related field is a plus At least 2 years of experience in project-based B2B sales, preferably within Home Appliances, Building Materials or Interior/Construction industries Proven track record national coverage and closing key project deals Willingness to travel frequently for client meetings and site visits across Indonesia We are a global company based in Germany that operates in more than 40 countries, employs approximately 5,100 people worldwide, and is a leading supplier and partner to the woodworking and building industry, architects, interior designers and developers.
