Job Description
We are seeking an experienced SAP CRM Business Consultant to join our SAP Competence Centre. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and supporting the SAP Customer Relationship Management (CRM) product suite, enhancing business functionality, and supporting global roll-outs in collaboration with our international SAP teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and realize global template processes by developing solution concepts and process designs for defined business requirements
- Redesign existing processes through customization, establishing development specifications, and executing testing
- Address specific business requirements as needed and agreed upon
- Participate in global roll-out implementations across all phases: Local Business Blueprint, Realisation, Integration Test, and Go-Live Support
- Lead template implementations in the CRM area where required, managing parallel roll-outs
- Debug and analyze root causes of issues and errors in new developments
- Provide training and maintenance support during implementation and to regional competence centers
- Oversee maintenance and release upgrades
- Deliver 3rd level support for regional competence centers, including core system enhancements, helpdesk handling, and escalation support for 2nd level support
- Maintain documentation including customizing, template processes, and development specifications
Minimum requirements
- University degree and/or degree in Computer Science, ideally with a combined business and technical education
- Excellent knowledge of the SAP CRM module with proven implementation experience in integrated SAP CRM projects
- Demonstrated ability to focus on Customer Satisfaction and Delivery Management
- International experience in IT projects within a matrix organization
- Native or fluent English proficiency (additional languages are a plus)
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset
- Team player with solid project management experience
Required Technical Skills
- Deep understanding of the Customer Model in ERP and the Business Partner concept in CRM/ERP/S4 HANA
- Proficiency in SXMB_MONI (message processing flow, proxies, error handling)
- Experience with Queue Management (SMQ1, SMQ2) and BDOC error handling (IDOC error handling is a plus)
- Knowledge of ABAP (Function modules, Programs, Dictionary, Transport management)
- Understanding of webUI concept (webUI development skills are a plus)
- Familiarity with Marketing attributes, marketing expert tools, and ELM
- Experience with MASS updates and understanding of performance preferences
